The Board guides us in the right direction

IoT Sweden is a strategic innovation programme initiated by Vinnova, the Swedish Energy Agency and the Swedish research council Formas. There are 17 strategic innovation programmes (SIPs) in a wide range of subjects. Each of the SIPs is led by a board of trustees and has a programme office. Our Board of Trustees represents our needs owners and stakeholders, and is made up of representatives from both the public sector and the business world.

Conditions for sustainable solutions

Vinnova, the Swedish Energy Agency, and the Swedish research council Formas fund 17 strategic innovation programmes. Through collaboration in areas that are strategically important for Sweden, we create the conditions for sustainable solutions to global societal challenges and increased international competitive power. Within the programmes, companies, academia and organisations work together develop the sustainable products and services of the future. Anyone who can contribute to development is welcome to apply for funding.
